Opening up Instagram when you are stressed, might seem to be working but this is making you more stressed.
Instead, go for a walk or grab a cup of coffee or green tea. If you already had too much caffeine 😜, take a pen and paper and write down the things that are bothering you and list down the possible solutions. It is important to slow down instead of ignoring the problems that are making you stressed.
